People are Key to Business Success

A key factor in an organisation’s success comes from those who work in and with the organisation. Their behaviours, attitudes and values define how most stakeholders perceive the business.

Leadership is not Simply a Hierarchy

At cwb + associates we believe in collaborative, transparent work environments where individual contribution and capability is valued and respected and where leadership is not simply hierarchical.

Navigating the Uncharted Territory

At cwb + associates we assist business leaders and owners to navigate their way through what can often be uncharted territory in order to achieve the best from their core resource; people.

What We Offer

At cwb + associates we provide practical experience, knowledge, capability and most importantly, an independent perspective to discuss and test ideas in a confidential and objective context. We seek to provide the right knowledge and experience to support clear decision making, challenging institutional thinking to deliver effective people outcomes for the business. The outcomes belong to the business, the client.

No two businesses are the same, just as, no two business challenges within an organisation are the same. In recognising that every situation is unique, instead of utilising standardised templates or processes we look to provide tailored solutions that fit the organisation’s needs.

A Collaborative Approach

Beginning with a blank page, we work with you to clearly define your specific strategic or operational requirements, and your business capabilities and resources.

Where appropriate, cwb + associates will collaborate with other parties to ensure that the best available knowledge and experience is provided to the client.

Drawing on a depth of business experience across leadership, expert advice and people management, we help our clients identify and focus on the why as well as the how.

Business Capability

The workplace is changing rapidly. Traditional work environments, hierarchies, and employer/employee relationships have changed. We help you to identify the people in your organisation that will ‘define’ and deliver on your business capability.

Business Success

The people who make up an organisation are key to a business’ success. They define the business’ persona and the way its brand is perceived by its customers. We work with people across the business to align their behaviours and attitudes with business objectives.

Employee Engagement

An individual's alignment to an organisation’s goals and the desire to succeed, directly impact on productivity, engagement and performance. The leadership we exercise and the interface that exists between leaders and the wider workforce shape the organisation's culture, values, behaviours and ultimately, delivery to the customer. Successful organisations create environments that instinctively respect their workforce for the individuals that they are, what they know and how they work. We focus on the alignment of employee interests, motivators and values with key business drivers.

Leadership

More than ever, it is imperative for business leaders to understand the people who work with them, to work collaboratively with them at all levels, actively listening and providing on-going leadership. Employees want to clearly understand what they do, what they are accountable for and how they are expected to behave. In order to positively contribute to the success of the organisation, we mentor leaders to work with their teams and take ownership for results.
